The fees for legal services are agreed with the client on a case-by-case basis and they are based on the complexity and time requirements of the legal services involved. In case of a long-term cooperation, a flat rate can be applied. In other cases legal fees are charged at an hourly rate for each begun hour of providing legal services.

Hourly rate
The services are charged for their actual time and labour required. At the beginning I agree with the client an hourly rate for each begun hour. After becoming acquainted with the case I specify an estimated number of hours which I will devote to providing legal advice and service. The price is based on the agreed hourly rate and is determined by the actual scope of legal services provided.

Flat rate
In the case of the flat rate I agree with the client a fixed monthly flat rate which covers a specific number of hours of legal services which the client can use per month. If legal services required by the client exceed the defined scope, a discounted hourly rate is charged for the services outside such fixed scope.
